I worked with the support department to built custom tools to interface with the large amount of customers to be supported with a small staff. The ratio of staff to customers was about 1:100.
This site provided a searchable knowledge base, a collection of documentation and an "update blog" system to keep users informed on the latest news.
Created custom CMS that included:

* Documentation
